Answer: The certificate of origin has nothing to do with the verification. In your case, you can combine 1 certificate of origin, or you can do your own certificate of origin separately, and a container can do 2 certificates of origin, both of which do not affect the customer’s customs clearance. A bill of lading corresponds to a certificate of origin, or an invoice number corresponds to a certificate of origin.

2. Problem: This time, the customer appointed the freight forwarder, and the goods were shipped from Shenzhen to the appointed freight forwarder in Hong Kong, and then the appointed freight forwarder sent the goods to the Australian customer, and the port of origin on the bill of lading showed HONGKONG, and now the customer asked us to provide the certificate of origin of China-Australia FTA, but the port of origin on the certificate of origin of China-Australia can only show the mainland port, now what should we do? How to issue the certificate of origin for goods going to Australia from Shenzhen through Hong Kong?

Answer: The way of handling is the same as the way we usually export directly from the mainland to Australia, the port of origin is shown: SHENZHEN, CHINA VIA HONGKONG (transit is shown in this way). In this way, the certificate of origin of the China-Australia FTA can be applied for.



3. Question: The customer’s original words are: Certificate Of Origin’ In 3 copies Issued By the Chamber Of Commerce. And the customer requires the certificate of origin in 3 copies, but when we go to the Council for the Promotion of Trade for the CO certificate of origin, there is only one square and one pair, may I ask how many copies of the CO certificate of origin issued by the Council for the Promotion of Trade?
